Standing poses, inversions and arm balances will be covered on a regular basis. A starting point for the apparently healthy adult. Or the class to deepen your current practice.

Strength & Stability
A lower intensity practice conducted at a slower pace. You’ll receive detailed instruction on alignment, with guided emphasis on developing strength & stability. Introduction to standing poses, and adaptations for inversions and arm balances. For the true beginner, those in a state of healing, or anyone preferring a gentle practice
